The Bilia Group has grown significantly through acquisitions, leading to a fragmented corporate structure and identity. Together with Bilia, Start Communication worked to create a cohesive strategy for the company and its offerings, with the goal of delivering a unified brand experience.
The result is a brand strategy that encompasses the entire group and extends across borders. With a clear brand architecture and consideration for the guidelines of general agents, Bilia can now communicate consistently, regardless of market or channel.
My role as a designer was to bridge the gap between strategy and design, creating a visual language that doesn’t compete with the car brands they sell. In other words, we developed a flexible system that can either whisper or speak loudly, depending on the context.
